Whenever possible Bridgend Hotel strives to use fresh, local ingredients in its dishes, whether it's vegetables from our own garden; game, venison, partridge, woodcock and pheasants (all subject to season) from Islay Estates, or a variety of produce from other local businesses.

As well as meals in the dining room, we also offer a more informal meal service in the lounge bar, and the outside tables in the beautiful surroundings of our garden.
